HouseCheck was fantastic, and I strongly recommend them. We are purchasing our first home, so this was our first experience with a home inspection for that purpose. I called several different companies, but was still a bit confused after each call. Then I reached Danielle, at HouseCheck. She was so clear in her explanation of the process, and the services they provide, and listened to every question I had... never once talking over me - which is always a red-flag for me, and a pet peeve. I had a lot of questions, but she was super patient, and treated me like I had already paid upfront and tipped well! In other words, she's a customer service professional, and a nice person. They were super communicative throughout the entire process. On the day of the inspection I reached out to the inspector, Jimmy, and let him know I had a specific concern about one aspect of the house. In the post-inspection walk thru Jimmy made sure to clearly address that concern. He was the epitome of professional, very friendly, and obviously thorough. With a thorough inspection comes a lot of inspection points. He went through them very clearly, making sure we understood everything, and then put together a concise report which he emailed to us quickly. We highly recommend them, and will for sure use them again soon... since our deal on that house fell through! At least we already have the inspection post covered for the next attempt.
